Wittpenn Bridge Project Achieves Substantial Completion

The Wittpenn Bridge project achieved substantial completion on Jan. 17, 2022, another crucial milestone reached by the project team.

CCA Civil successfully opened the bridge and road structure to public traffic in October 1st, 2021. Since then, the project team has been working continuously, testing the bridge control systems, making machinery adjustments and working on other contract items to substantially complete the project.
The New Jersey Department of Transportation (NJDOT) met with the CCA Civil team after the project was deemed substantially complete, congratulating them for achieving the milestone.
