Public-Private-Partnership

Acting as an extension of its parent company CSCEC in the Americas, CCA has been integrating the groups efforts, resources and experiences globally to energize the infrastructure market in the United States and beyond via Public-Private Partnerships (PPP).

CSCEC, the worlds largest construction and real estate conglomerate, has extensive experience with PPPs worldwide. From investment to financing and design to construction, CSCEC is the one-stop shop for the public sector to enhance and expand national and metropolitan infrastructure. Partnering with local governments, CSCEC has undertaken $8 billion PPP projects in recent years, becoming a leader in the field. CSCECs PPP projects range from high-speed railway, urban subways and railways to highways, bridges, airports and power plants.

CCAs PPP practice offers valuable solutions to the constraints on public resources and provides fiscal flexibility to government agencies. Its approach improves operational efficiency over the lives of PPPs, from identifying and financing new opportunities to delivering and operating the facilities. With an ultimate goal of connecting and mobilizing resources for the benefits of society, CCA continues to explore and establish quality long-term relationships between the public and private sectors.
