Plaza Construction Wins CMI Data Center Project

Plaza Construction was awarded the China Mobile International (CMI) Data Center Development project in San Jose, California. The award was a result of cooperation between Plaza Construction, CCA South America and CCA UniBuy and marks CCA’s first date center project in California.
The 300,000-square-foot structure will be built for LEED Silver certification. Upon completion, there will be a data center and an office park, and the building will receive UPTIME Tier III construction certification. The data center’s two wings will extend from a central building. The 70,000-square-foot main office will have a capacity of 200 people.
