November 1, 2019

KEYWORDS:

YIMBY went on a tour of Greenwich West, Strategic Capital’s first luxury condo development in Manhattan. The 30-story residential building is being built by Plaza Construction and nearing completion in Hudson Square.

Greenwich West broke ground in July 2018 and launched sales in fall 2018, with closings slated to begin in early 2020. As the newest residential tower in West Soho, Manhattan, the building has risen to its full 30-story height. This is the first building in New York City to be designed by a female French architect.
