Team CCA Answers Call to Support 9th Annual 9/11 Memorial Run/Walk

CCA is proud to announce the annual tradition of joining the 9/11 Run Walk on April 25, 2021 — in a socially distanced way. This year’s 9/11 Memorial & Museum Nationwide Run/Walk will not be held in person as it has been in previous years; however, the museum is hosting a virtual event to reach a goal of 20,000 collective miles in honor of those who lost their lives on 9/11.
We invite all employees to walk and/or run on behalf of CCA to raise funds for the event by completing their chosen distances at their own pace and in their own locations. All participants are asked to complete their mileage by April 25 and show Team CCA spirit by uploading and sharing images of their walk/run on social media using #LOVECCA!
The 9/11 Memorial & Museum Run/Walk is held annually to help raise awareness for the 9/11 Memorial & Museum, which has a mission to bear solemn witness to the terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center on Sept. 11, 2001, and Feb. 26, 1993. This year will commemorate the 20th anniversary of this devastating event.
Team CCA calls on all employees to participate in the 9/11 Memorial & Museum 5K Run/Walk to honor those we lost, remember the courage of those who risked their lives to save others and recognize the importance of the kindness and compassion that united us in the darkest hours.
