Plaza Construction was awarded Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. (RCCL)’s new Miami headquarters in April, 2019, which broke ground recently. The project has been recognized as one of a host of new projects that “push the limits of utilitarian architecture, creating a line of distinguished buildings on downtown Miami’s doorstep” by Miami Herald.

One Thousand Museum, the landmark condominium built by Plaza Construction, has officially received its temporary certificate of occupancy (TCO).

Plaza Construction has been selected as the builder for SkyRise Miami, a 1,000-foot-tall entertainment and observation tower to be constructed in downtown Miami overlooking the iconic Biscayne Bay.
