One Grove Street Achieves Topping Out Milestone in Jersey City

Strategic Capital and Plaza Construction commemorated the completion of the vertical structure at One Grove Street in Jersey City on July 27, 2022.
Strategic Capital is developing the project as a fee-based developer for an offshore private equity investor. The project is the result of Strategic Capital branching out to third-party development and providing its unique turn-key services to real estate owners and investors.
Located in Jersey City’s Liberty Harbor neighborhood, One Grove is at the south end of the city’s vibrant Grove Street corridor, a premier downtown retail and dining destination. Thoughtfully designed to address current and future trends, including environmentally sustainable features, post-Covid space needs and carefully curated interior design and amenities, One Grove is a 12-story LEED-certified building with 200 residential units. The project is scheduled for completion in the second half of 2023.
