“China will continue to work with the United States to build a strong and stable relationship,” Ambassador Cui said. “Reform and opening up in China and the normalization and development of China-US relations have benefited both countries and the entire world. This has been proven by the history of the last four decades. So the success story is not just China’s. Nor is it just America’s. It’s our shared success story.”

In addition to Mr. Wang and Mr. Greenberg, other award recipients included Louisiana Economic Development and YCI Methanol One, LLC for the Outstanding FDI Partnership Award.

During Mr. Yuan’s terms as the third and fourth chairman of CGCC, he led the organization into an increasingly important role supporting and protecting Chinese enterprises in the United States, as well as making significant contributions to the development of China-US economic relations.

Founded in 2005, CGCC is the largest nonprofit organization representing Chinese enterprises in the United States. Its mission is to promote Chinese investment in the United States, support the legal rights and interests of its members and enhance cooperation between the Chinese and US business communities.
