On April 12, 2017, CCA President Ning Yuan attended Skyclub Dialogue titled Infrastructure, Investment and Development at One World Trade Center in Manhattan and shared his insights on CCA’s experience in investing and building infrastructure in the United States. The event was widely covered in the media.

Keynote speaker Patric Foye, executive director of the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, emphasized that his office is open for business and welcomes Chinese companies to participate and bid for infrastructure projects.

Mr. Foye’s remarks about the potential of US-China collaboration in building infrastructure in the United States were echoed by event moderator Stephen Orlins, president of the National Committee on US-China Relations. He mentioned CCA to illustrate his points, “When I look at the $1 trillion price tag that President Trump has put on the infrastructure needs of the United States … I looked at the $3 trillion reserve in China, I looked at the expertise that exists in China and I looked at what China Construction America and other Chinese construction companies are doing, creating jobs in the United States.”
