  • 1. CCA celebrated the 25th Anniversary by successfully staging the Gala Reception featured by a series of Corporate Culture events including the publication of the inaugural issue of the CCA magazine, the photo album A Drop in the Ocean and the CCA brochure.
  • 2. CCA signed the contract for JFK Airport Gateway project.
  • 3. Baha Mar resort project received all government approvals from both China and The Bahamas. Credit Facility Agreement and the Investment Cooperation Agreement for the Baha Mar resort project have been signed. Chairman Wu Bangguo of the National People’s Congress highly appraised the project in his congratulatory remarks, saying that “the high-quality execution of the project will increase the company’s influence in the Caribbean region, and more importantly win the company a green card to the upscale construction market in America and even Europe”.
  • 4. CCA won the bid for River Bluff High School project in South Carolina.
  • 5. CCA won awarded the 7 Line Extension Ventilation project in Midtown Manhattan.
  • 6. President Ning Yuan claimed the China Construction Role Model Award whilst CCA harvested various group and individual prizes.
  • 7. CCA convened China Construction America, Inc. Awards Dinner and Holiday Party.
  • 8. President Ning Yuan was invited to lecture on the topic of Gap Bridging-Create New Business Model by Harvard Graduate School of Design. CCA’s successful development in the U.S. has hit the case study list in HBS’s spring program 2011.
  • 9. CCA won the LEED Gold Award for the New Honors Residence of South Carolina Honors College.
  • 10. CCA signed a $80 million loan agreement with the New York Branch of Bank of Communications.
